What is included in the ticket?The ticket for the Insead graduate is including all the food and beverages from Friday 7.30pm until Sunday 5pm (thus also including Saturday Brunch, Saturday dinner and Sunday Brunch) The tickets for partner and/or kids are including the same meals at a reduced cost (see next section) Accommodations and transportations have to be arranged separately. For those who stay extra nights (Thursday and Sunday), please contact the chateau (info@chateaudevarennes.fr) to book your other meals

Can I come with my partner and kids?Yes! The venue is kid-friendly and equipped with a heated pool, a private tennis court and safe kids playgrounds. Other activities can be arranged separately There are 4 types of tickets with lower reduced pricing for your family - Insead alumni (€465) - Partners (€400) - Kids below 10 years old (including babysitting on Saturday evening: €200) - Teens (€250)

Is there baby sitting on-site?Baby sitting will be arranged on Saturday from 6pm until the end of the Ball for kids up to 10 years old For other baby sitting requests, please contact the staff at the chateau to get the current babysitters list admin@chateaudevarennes.fr

Is airport transfer and pooling available?Many people will be landing at about the same time so we intend to coordinate shared transport options in early 2025. We will certainly give people a place to coordinate car pooling themselves. Updates to follow. If you would like your own private transfer then we recommend emailing taxilory7@gmail.com

Is transport available to/from our accommodation to the chateau?We plan to arrange a minibus to pick up and drop off from the main non-walkable accommodation locations. This will likely be at least before and after: the Friday evening event, the Saturday ball, and the Sunday brunch. Plenty of people will also have cars and we can contact a local taxi firm on taxilory7@gmail.com as a backup so you are unlikely to end up stuck if you do not rent a car.

What are the cancellation conditionsUnfortunately no cancellation is possible once you have confirmed your registration. However you can pass your ticket onto another classmate (and get them to reimburse you!)
